- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

- You will be met at the hotel lobby by our experienced driver before being chauffeured straight to the airport.
- Smoking and eating are not allowed in the vehicle. This is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene level for all our guests.
- Pick up service available for 0700-2259. Surcharge for 2300-0659 based on SGD 15 (4-13 seater) & SGD 30 (19 seater)
- Max waiting time is 60 Minutes from requested pick up time. If more than 60 minutes the driver will leave or need to pay additional charges.

What to expect
Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.
Additional Note: It is best to look for your airport representative at the Arrival Hall.

One or Two suitcase and one carry-on bag allowed per passenger. This transfer is no wheelchair accessible. Depending upon availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.
